**BADGE INFO PLEASE READ
1) I can and will ship anywhere in the world (buyer will pay for shipping no matter how much!!)
2) Buyer must send their address first before any art is made - this is to get a quote for shipping, just so both parties are aware of the price!
3) For DANGLE badges - extra moving parts; arms separate from the head, pairs of wings, more than one tail, or an extra wagging tail will be +$5 of each added part.
4) Double sides badges - different art of the characters backside will be +$20, same art on both sides +$10.
5) Regular badges can be any size limited to the size of a standard letter page. Dangling badges are about 8.5 inches long but can be longer or shorter depending on the size of certain parts.
6) Badges will be lined/backed with whatever colored paper I have currently available, I will not go out and buy a specific color, you are limited to what I have.
7) All badges will come with a badge clip, some stickers, and a note!
8) If you live in the SAV area we can discuss pickup at a Momos Southern Furs meet (If I am attending)

Things I will draw: any genders, humans, anthro, feral, ponies, ship art (includes oc x cannon), characters from mediaThings I will NOT draw: anything homophobic, racist symbols/hate speech, gore, NSFW, mecha/detailed machines, vent art
RULES1) Please do not rush me. I am a full-time student, but I will keep up communication and will send any updates you ask for!
2) You MUST credit me for making the art.
3) I will not copy anyone’s art style.
4) Payment is required after the sketch is sent and any requested changes are made.
5) All prices can and will change depending on: character complexity, commission details, background complexity, etc.
6) You must provide a clear non-shaded, fully colored reference or fullbody.
7) I am allowed to refuse any commission for any reason I want.
8) I will not remove my watermark.
Turn around timeCommissions are usually finished relatively quickly but please be patient with me as I am still a uni student.
Expect to wait at the very most 2 weeks!(this is subject to change depending on life events, other projects, or complexity of the drawing)

How payment worksPlease pay in full or half of the agreed amount after I show the sketch and any requested changes are made.Once art is finished and you chose to pay half, you will then pay the rest of the amount +shipping.I will update when 1. The sketch is finished 2. The lineart is finished. You can ask for more updates throughout the process!If you ask me for minor changes after the commission is fully done, I will do them with no additional change. However there are going to be fees for major changes - unless it's just a mistake on my end such as wrong colors, markings, etc.
Please note!! I will not start anything else after the sketch until I receive payment!!
Refunds1) I do not allow any refunds after I’ve finished the line art.
2) If you need to cancel after the line art stage or later, you will not receive a refund. (Unless it's an emergency, I will understand.)
3) If you need to cancel after I’ve finished the sketch and/or starting on the line art you will receive 50% of what you’ve paid.
4) If I need to cancel you’ll be able to get back a 75%-100% refund depending on how far I am with the commission.
ShippingIf you are purchasing a badge and it needs to be shipped.1) Please disclose your address before any art is made so that way I can give you an accurate quote and both parties are aware of how much it will be.
2) Buyer WILL pay for shipping, no exceptions.
3) I am not responsible for any damage done to the package once it is sent off, it is completely out of my hands.
4) I will send digital files incase of any damage (in shipping, during cons, or for just general wear and tear).
5) Customer is responsible to replace any parts, I will not make any replacement parts.
6) I ask for you to provide your email so I can; send the digital files, and for you to receive email updates on the package.
Copyright / usageI, as the artist, hold all the rights to the artwork. Therefor I can use the artwork to:
- Promote myself.
- Publish in literature.
- Display where I want.
- Post wherever/whenever I want.As the commissioner you are allowed to:
- Use the work for personal use, unless agreed otherwise.
- Print out the art for personal use.
- Turn into stickers or keychains for personal use. (If giving out to others please credit me somewhere)
- Claim the character(s) are yours, but not the drawing itself.
- Promote yourself WITH proper credit to me.
As the commissioner you are NOT allowed to:
- Use the artwork for commercial use (meaning profiting off the drawing).
- Take credit for the artwork.
- Remove any watermark or signatures.
- Alter the artwork without my consent.
- Sell the artwork on any sort of merchandise.

By commissioning me you are in agreement with my terms and conditions. Breaking any of these rules can result in a blacklist, meaning you will not be allowed to commission me.
